Fast food is convenient and cheap, but is wreaking havoc on our bodies! We are sicker, heavier, and taking more meds than ever before. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
The standard American diet is characterized by:

There is a vast difference between eating the Standard American way and the WFPB way, and how each affects the body. Statistics now show that more and more children are becoming pre-diabetic at younger ages, due to the consumption of processed, fast foods.
My own journey with eating WFPB started about 15 years ago. My first certificate was through a nutritional program which, while focused on fruits and vegetables, still included things I don’t eat now, like dairy, eggs, and meat.
As I learned more about the WFPB lifestyle, I felt drawn to help others become educated on what I truly believe makes all the difference. If, like me, you desire to live disease-free, med-free, and fat-free, it is possible through a lifestyle change to WFPB eating. Many people also add that they feel so much better due to reduced inflammation from eating this way and have way less pain than they used to.
After 15 years of eating this way, I decided to enter the Center for Nutrition Studies (CNS) program. I earned my Plant-Based Nutrition certificate and was amazed at the overwhelming evidence and success stories. The science of eating nutritious, unprocessed food has helped countless people change their lives.
